To access the puzzle room, players must shine a lantern on ghostly figures near an ornate wall, witness a memory, and then push the door-shaped section of the wall. Inside the chamber, a central pit contains three adjustable dials that must be oriented correctly to unlock a reward. The clues for the puzzle are found on a map mural inside the chamber, which points to locations southeast of Anvil Hill. Players must travel to these cliffside locations to find three specific paintings. The first mural features a sun and moon at the top. The second depicts a coiled scorpion with its arms facing left. The third shows two spirals, with the larger one in the upper-right quadrant. After observing these images, return to the chamber to align the dials. The sun dial should have the sun and moon oriented to the north, the scorpion dial’s claws should face northwest, and the spiral dial must have its larger spiral in the top-right quadrant. While the alignment may require some minor adjustments to trigger the solution, completing it opens a hidden door on the far side of the chamber. The reward for solving the puzzle is an abyss crescent. Picking this up provides the "memories of abundance," which reveals information about various map locations, and an abyss artifact used to level up character skills.
